Refunds Policy

At Bytesafe, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@bytesafe.shop. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

- Some health and personal care items
